CNC Tornos Sigma 20

Our newest Lathe.  The new DECO Sigma 20 has 6 linear axes that makes it ideal for producing less complex parts.  With its 22 tool positions and a high level of interchangability this machine ensures maximum flexibility and productivity.

CNC Index ABC Lathe
This machine, which is multi axis, is able to provide precision parts for aerospace and instrument applications. With a bar capacity of 52mm and a multi axis facility, complex parts are able to be finished completely in one set up. Quantity and consistency are further guarenteed because the number of manufacturing operations are reduced.

The machine spindle has a maximum speed of 5000rpm and a resolution of 0.001mm. For effective production the main spindle has a high powered drive 20kw and is fitted with a bar feed. To enable operators to work flexibility, the machine is provided with a user friendly Siemens based control system.

CNC Mori Seiki 253 Lathe
A chucking machine, which will produce precision parts for close tolerance work. The machine has a spindle with 3500rpm, power to 15kw and a work turning diameter of 250mm. With 575mm between centres and a power available, the machine copes comfortably with a large range of work in aerospace released materials.

The machines are able to hold tolerances of 0.0002"/0.005mm on diameter. They have a work envelope of 6.5"/165mm diameter and 23.4"/595mm between centres. Both three jaw and collet chucks are available to cover a wide range of work. With a speed range of 60-6000rpm and with max power available at 500rpm combined with a 12 station turret, the machine provides a versatile solution to many turning requirements. The machine is fitted with a bar feed with capacity of 1.5"/8"/42mm diameter. One machine has an automatic bat feeder.

CNC Mori Seiki AL2AT Lathe
This machine is able to hold tolerance of 0.0002"/0.005mm. It has a work envelope of 9.8"/250mm diameter and with a tailstock can accommodate 21.7"/550mm between centres. It is provided with collets for smaller work, which compliments the top speed of 6000rpm. The machine is provided with a bar feed with 1.1/4"/32mm diameter capacity. A range of material from stainless steel to aluminium can be covered as the power is high across the speed range.

CNC Star SR16 Sliding Head Lathe (Swiss Type) This machine is capable of working to tolerances of 0.0002”/0.005mm. It has a spindle capacity of 16mm diameter with a single headstock stroke of 8”/205mm. The main spindle has a maximum speed of 10000rpm. In order to compete components within one cycle the machine is provided with end working, cross drilling and milling facilities. In order to manufacture extremely complex components, it has been procured with extra tooling positions and an indexing sub spindle. The machine has been fitted with a magazine bar feed enabling it to deal with large and small quantities.
